Overview
Healofy is a large pregnancy and parenting platform in India. During my tenure as a Graphic & Motion Designer / UI-UX, I designed marketing collaterals and assisted in upgrading the mobile application interface. My goal was to create a cohesive brand language across D2C campaigns, landing pages, and interactive product channels.
Bridging the gap between marketing ads and product screens is crucial. Ensuring visual patterns feel consistent decreases user onboarding friction.
App UI/UX Improvements
I collaborated with product managers to refine high-impact screens within the mobile app:
- Landing Pages & Home Screens: Restructured visual information hierarchies to present parenting milestones and products cleanly, reducing screen clutter.
- Onboarding & Campaign Pop-ups: Designed contextual alert boxes and modals to encourage campaign participation without disrupting standard reading flows.
- Micro-animations: Created smooth icon transitions and button animation cues (using After Effects exported via Lottie) to enhance in-app micro-feedback.
Motion Campaigns
To drive user acquisition, I produced performance-focused social media campaigns:
- D2C Video Ads: Created short, visually rich product videos showing app utilities, using clear text callouts and parent testimonials.
- Interactive Carousels: Built multi-slide social media carousels combining illustration and typography, guiding prospective users through parenting tips.
- App Store Posters: Refreshed Play Store and App Store graphics to highlight localized features, boosting overall app install conversion rates.
Outcome & Results
Synchronizing app UI visuals with marketing ads yielded notable results:
- Unified brand aesthetics increased trust, leading to higher D2C conversion rates.
- Lottie micro-animations improved onboarding flow completions.
- Local parenting ads drove a consistent volume of organic installs on app stores.

Key Learnings
- Context Matters: Parenting platforms serve users who are often multitasking. UI elements must be large, high-contrast, and callouts must be easy to read at a glance.
- Micro-Interactions Spark Joy: Small icon animations can make a transaction or task entry point feel responsive, elevating the user experience.
- Consistent Visual Story: When ad graphics match the actual in-app screens, users drop off less because expectations match reality.
