At Cube HQ, visual creatives are the primary driver of performance marketing metrics. I manage the visual design systems and creative execution pipeline for over 15+ U.S.-based clients. My focus is combining speed, visual aesthetics, and brand consistency to deliver conversion-focused ads.
By integrating generative AI tools directly into our asset pipelines, we cut concept exploration timelines by 50% and accelerated video production speed.
Core Objectives
Performance creative pipelines require high output without sacrificing brand logic. The objectives at Cube HQ center around:
- Meta Ads Scale: Developing brand-led Meta video and image ad variants with tight pacing, structured layout typography, and high-impact hooks.
- Website Improvements: Designing landing page templates, visual overlays, and digital graphics to improve post-click conversion rates.
- Client Diversity: Scaling unique creative systems for 10+ distinct brands, ensuring each ad aligns with client-specific brand guidelines.
AI Workflow Integration
Traditional creative cycles can take days to test visual concepts. To solve this, I designed a hybrid design workflow incorporating:
- Midjourney & Flux: Used for high-fidelity style explorations, background manipulations, and generating stylized product scene concepts.
- Runway & Sora: Used to generate custom AI UGC-style video concepts, dynamic camera motions, and fast visual hooks.
- Figma & After Effects: The central staging ground to compile AI-generated elements, overlay brand-compliant layouts, animate text, and finalize video edits.

Key Learnings
- Pacing Drives Conversions: In performance ads, the first 3 seconds dictate user behavior. Visual hierarchy and dynamic motion typography must act as instant hooks.
- AI is an Accelerator, Not a Replacements: AI generates raw assets, but design taste, layout logic, brand consistency, and storytelling remain human tasks.
- Systemize Visual Assets: Building structured design systems for each brand allows for fast layout swaps, supporting agile marketing testing.
